Shipping Policy

All our products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure you receive the highest quality hair. Orders that are in stock will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, and pre-order items will ship within 7 business days. 

We ship only on working days - Mondays to Fridays, so all orders placed over weekends or on holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your items have been shipped you will be notified with the shipment information/confirmation by email or text depending on the communication method you signed up for.

All products shipped will require a signature upon delivery. Ashabi will not be liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been received and signed for. The shipment time for orders will vary based on your selection at checkout. 

Custom orders (such as wigs) require 60 days for production and will ship after customization is complete. Once payment for custom orders have been finalized, the order cannot be modified, canceled refunded or exchanged. Please note that for custom orders we cannot expedite shipping times and custom sales are final.

Ashabi uses third party courier services including Fedex, USPS, DHL and UPS for product shipment. We will not be responsible for delays, damages or lost packages while they are in possession by these third party courier services. Though we will assume no financial or legal responsibilities if any of these issues should arise, we strive to put our customers first and have  top-notch customer service and will assist in anyway possible to resolve any problems should they arise. 

Please ensure all your shipment information is entered correctly prior to submitting your order. Shipment information includes, first name, last name, email address, shipping address and phone number. Ashabi will not be responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses or refused or abandoned shipments and as such will not be refunded. If a delivery is missed and the package is returned to us, we will not issue a refund. We will contact you regarding reshipment of your package and you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for having the package shipped back to you. 

Items shipped within the US incurs a flat fee of $20 and may take 4-9 business days. Items shipped internationally may take 6-15 business days and fees vary depending on country of shipment. International shipments may also be subject to import duties, custom charges and taxes and you will be responsible for these charges. Please check with your customs office to find out their custom charging policy and if there are additional costs prior to placing your order with Ashabi.
