Ashabi Hair Return & Refund Policy

Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.

General Policy

  • All sales are FINAL and refunds are not allowed.
  • Order modifications and cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
  • You may return products for store credit if they meet the criteria below.

  • To qualify for store credit, the product must:
  • Be returned in its original, unused, undamaged condition.
  • Be sent back within 7 calendar days of receipt.

❗ Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ashabi is not liable for items lost in transit. Products altered in any way (cut, colored, permed, washed, or removed from the weft) void eligibility.

Defective Product Policy

Our hair is 100% raw and unprocessed, sourced from individual donor and slight variations may occur. Raw hair can last over 7 years with a proper care regimen like washing and deep conditioning.

If you feel your product is defective:

  • Contact a Customer Care Specialist at support@ashabiextensions.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide detailed images and a description of the issue.

Resolution Process:

  • If we verify the product defect, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
  • If the product does not meet defect criteria, we will return it to you at our expense.

❗ Note: Using non-recommended products, coloring, lifting, cutting, or altering the hair in any way voids defect eligibility.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for: Custom units, including frontals, closures, or wigs.

Restocking Fee A 25% restocking fee will apply to all order modifications or returns that do not meet standard eligibility
