DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Ashabi Extensions Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Ashabi Extensions. Please review this policy before placing your order.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Completely unused, unworn and uninstalled
Unwashed, uncolored, uncut and chemically unaltered
Free from odors, styling products and damage
Attached to all original security ties, bands, lace and packaging
Returned with the original order information
Hair that has been tried on in a way that alters the lace, hairline, weft, curl pattern or condition is not eligible for return.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or customized wigs and units
Products that have been cut, colored, bleached, lifted, permed, washed or chemically processed
Bundles that have been removed from the original weft or security binding
Lace that has been cut, tinted, glued, sprayed, melted or otherwise altered
Products showing signs of wear, installation, odor or product buildup
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items clearly identified before purchase
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is caused by an Ashabi Extensions fulfillment error or a verified product defect.
Please allow [5–10] business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Store Credit
When available, you may choose store credit instead of a refund. Approved store credit will be issued by email and may be used toward a future Ashabi Extensions purchase.
Exchanges
Eligible, unused products may be exchanged within the 15-day return window, subject to availability.
If the replacement item costs more, you will be responsible for the difference. If it costs less, the remaining approved amount will be refunded or issued as store credit according to the resolution selected.
Custom-made or altered wigs, closures and frontals are not eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for preference-based returns or exchanges.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Ashabi Extensions is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address.
If Ashabi Extensions confirms that you received an incorrect item or a defective product, we will provide instructions regarding reasonable return-shipping costs.
Do not send a return without first receiving return authorization.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Because raw human hair is minimally processed and sourced from individual donors, natural differences in color, wave pattern, strand texture and bundle appearance may occur. These natural variations are not automatically considered defects.
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if you believe your order is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Your order number
A written description of the issue
Clear photographs and when helpful, a video showing the concern
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Do not wash, install, color, cut, lift, bleach or otherwise alter the product while the claim is being reviewed.
If we verify a defect or fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
If the item does not meet the defect criteria, it may be returned to you. You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly.
You may request a cancellation or modification within one hour of placing the order, but approval is not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, shipped or been customized, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with the available options.
Processing and Shipping Time
In-stock orders generally ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, preorder items and custom orders.
Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and does not include carrier transit delays.
Custom, preorder or special-order products may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the applicable product page or communicated to you.
How to Request a Return
Before mailing anything back:
1. Email support@ashabiextensions.com within the applicable return window.
2. Include your order number and reason for the request.
3. Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
4. Ship the approved item by the deadline provided in the authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Inspection
All returned products are inspected before a refund, store credit or exchange is approved.
Ashabi Extensions reserves the right to deny a return when the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
Chargebacks and Unresolved Concerns
Please contact us first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve your concern.
Submitting false information, returning a different product or attempting to return altered or used merchandise may result in denial of the claim.
