Returns

We are extremely confident that you will fall in love with our hair extensions. But, on the odd occasion something goes wrong, you can simply return the product to us in its original, unused, undamaged, condition within 7 calendar days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit.

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed. Order processing begins as soon as you submit your order so as a result, order modifications are not permitted after submitting an order. This includes changes to products, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. In addition, all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. 

Ashabi provides nothing but 100% raw unprocessed hair from individual donors and so each bundle will be different as a result. Slight product variances/ issues can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen since raw hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear about it. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email at support@ashabiextensions.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. Note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If Ashabi Extensions verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Ashabi will then exchangeor issue a store credit.
 If however, ashabi does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the product to the customer at our expense without any replacement of said product.

Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are nonrefundable (Exchanges or store credit only - shipped within 2 business days of reciept). A 25% restocking fee applies to all order modifications. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on custom units - frontals, closures or wigs.
